Executive functioning can be improved using explicit training that targets underlying cognitive skills. Our winter boost executive function workshops focus on building key brain-boosting competencies in the two overarching areas: organizational thinking and planning and learner motivation and mindset. This workshop focuses on on working memory and cognitive flexibility through engaging instruction. In this four-day course, participants will develop core executive function (EF) skills necessary for successful learning in any environment, including organization, goal setting, and self-monitoring skills.

The small group setting of this workshop allows our education specialist to personalize learning attention to individual learners and focus on their unique needs and goals. Includes a complimentary executive function learning assessment.
